HOW DO I ADD ITEMS TO MY WISHLIST?

To add an item to your Wishlist, click on the heart icon next to the cart button. Once you have added items to the wishlist, you can check them by clicking the wishlist icon next to your profile on the top right of the website.

HOW DO I CANCEL OR RETURN MY ORDER

You can cancel or return your order directly through our app or website by going to the Order History section. If you face any issues while canceling, please contact our support team immediately. Please note that once an order has been placed, no changes can be made. Additionally, if your order has already been packed for shipment, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, you may refer to our Return Policy for assistance.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A REFUND FOR A CANCELLED ORDER OR RETURNED PRODUCT?

If your return request is approved or your order is eligible for cancellation, the refund will be processed to your original payment method, subject to the Terms & Conditions mentioned in the respective policy. The refund is expected to reflect in your bank account within 3–5 business days once it has been initiated from our end. THE GARMENT DOES NOT FIT ME, WHAT CAN I DO?

If the product does not fit and you would like a new size, please initiate a return request on the website within 15 business days of receiving the product.

HOW ARE RETURNS PROCESSED?

After initiating a return, our courier partner will pick up the product within 3–5 business days, subject to our Return Policy. Please ensure the product is unused, with tags and invoice intact. The refund will be processed after deducting applicable charges and may take 3–5 business days to reflect in your bank account once the quality check has been completed.

WHY WASN'T MY PRODUCT PICKED UP?

Once you have initiated a return request, our field executives will pick-up the order within 3-5 business days. They will make 3 attempts to pick up the order, post which the pickup automatically gets cancelled. If our courier partner faces any issue in picking up the order, we will keep you informed.

UNTIL WHEN CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

Subject to the Terms & Conditions under the Return policy, you can return any item of the order or the entire order within 15 business days of receiving the product. Please note that separate pickup may be scheduled for each item in case a return request is initiated for multiple items.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking link will be sent to you via email and SMS, along with your order ID, details of the products ordered, and the expected delivery time. You can also track your order anytime through our website or app by navigating to the Order History page.

I'M UNSURE THAT THE ORDER WAS SUCCESSFULLY PLACED.

You can check the status of your order and other tracking-related queries through Order History on the application or the website. If your recent order does not appear in your order history, please check again after 30 minutes, or contact us at +91 7304053032 or sharewithus@styleunion.in for assistance.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO REACH ME?

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 business days of confirmation, subject to product availability, for deliveries within India. Delivery times may vary by location, and for orders with multiple items, shipments may arrive separately. You can also check the product page for the estimated delivery time.

AN ITEM IS MISSING FROM MY ORDER.

All shipments are carefully checked before dispatch. If any item is missing from your order, please contact our support team immediately at +91 7304053032 or sharewithus@styleunion.in. Provide your order ID and details of the missing item, and we will resolve the issue within 72 business hours.

THE ORDER I RECEIVED IS DAMAGED.

In the rare event that your product is damaged during shipment or transit, please notify us by email within 72 hours of delivery and immediately initiate a return request on our website. Nexon will not be responsible for any requests post 72 hours of the delivery. Kindly provide videographic evidence (a complete video of unboxing) and an image of the invoice for our reference. Once we receive and approve your request, we will arrange to pick up the item and process your refund.

I WAS NOT AVAILABLE TO COLLECT MY ORDER.

Please note that only 3 attempts will be made to deliver your order after which your order will be cancelled automatically, and the refund will be processed after deducting applicable delivery charges or other fees.

I WANT TO CHANGE THE SIZE/COLOUR OF AN ITEM I ORDERED.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed. You may cancel your order; however, if it has already been packed for dispatch, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, please refer to our Return Policy for assistance.

WHAT CAN I DO IF MY ORDER DISPATCH IS DELAYED?

CAN I MODIFY THE DETAILS REGARDING MY ORDER?

Once an order has been placed, you will not be able to change the email address, shipping address, mobile number, or any other details provided at the time of checkout.

A standard shipping charge of Rs. 99 is applicable on all orders which do not qualify for free shipping. Enjoy complimentary shipping for orders above Rs. 1699/-

Please note that for 3rd party payment issues, you will have to take it up with the service provider or the vendor through whom you have made the payment/purchase.

No, we currently do not provide EMI based payment services.
