You can cancel your order directly through our app or website by navigating to the Order History section. If you encounter any issues while doing so, please contact our support team immediately. Kindly provide your order number and relevant details to help us process your cancellation quickly.
Please note that only complete order cancellations can be processed. Item-level or partial orders cannot be cancelled.
Please note that once an order has been placed, we will not be able to make any changes to it. Additionally, if your order has already been packed for shipment, it cannot be canceled. In this case, you may refer to our Return Policy.
