Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order directly through our app or website by navigating to the Order History section. If you encounter any issues while doing so, please contact our support team immediately. Kindly provide your order number and relevant details to help us process your cancellation quickly.
Please note that only complete order cancellations can be processed. Item-level or partial order cancellations cannot be cancelled.
Please note that once an order has been placed, we will not be able to make any changes to it. Additionally, if your order has already been packed for shipment, it cannot be cancelled. In this case, you may refer to our Return Policy.
Style Union reserves the right to cancel an order, in whole or in part, if the product is unavailable, not in a saleable condition, or cannot be fulfilled due to courier unserviceability, delivery restrictions, inventory discrepancies, quality checks, or other unforeseen circumstances.
In case of cancellation, the refund will be initiated within 24 to 48 business hours to the original mode of payment.
In the event an order is paid fully or partially using Wallet balance and is subsequently cancelled, the refund will be processed proportionately. The amount paid through the Wallet will be credited back to the Wallet, while the remaining amount paid through another payment method will be refunded to the original mode of payment.
