1. IN CASE OF RETURNS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the balance amount after deducting the return fee and other charges/fees shall be refunded and the same will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days from the date of us receiving the product. Please note that the delivery charges or any other charges/fees paid are non-refundable. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If your order is eligible for cancellation, we will issue a refund after deducting applicable delivery charges or any other fees to your original payment method within 5-7 business days from the date of cancellation of the order, subject to the terms & conditions mentioned in the Cancellation Policy.   1. IN CASE OF DELIVERY OF DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your order is eligible for return in case of error on our part or delivery of defective product, we will issue a refund of the entire amount paid by you for that order/item, to your original payment method within 5-7 business days from the date of us receiving the product, subject to the terms & conditions mentioned herein.
