Refund Policy

1. IN CASE OF RETURNS

Once the returned product has successfully passed the quality check, the refund amount after deducting the return fee and any applicable charges, will be initiated to the original method of payment. Please note that delivery charges and other fees paid are non-refundable.

2. IN CASE OF CANCELLATIONS

If your order is eligible for cancellation, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 24 to 48 hours from the date of cancellation, in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in our Cancellation Policy.The refund is expected to reflect in your bank account within 3–5 business days once it has been initiated from our end. 3. IN CASE OF UNDELIVERED SHIPMENTS

If you were unavailable to receive your order, or if the order is undelivered, the refund will be processed once we receive the package back to us, after deducting applicable delivery charges or other fees.
