Didn't receive my order even after 15 days

I placed an order from style union with order ID SU21526 on 2nd of Sept.24 it is 18th today and there is no clue where my order is. When I called blue dart theyvsaid they lost the shipment and initiated refund to Style Union but when I called style union they don't even know what the current status and what they are suppose to do. Now I'm stuck nether I got my refund nor any update from either blue dart or style union. Style union customer support is really pathetic to say the least they are not reachable most of the time and when some one pickup also they don't know what and how they can solve the issue. Will not recommend buying anything from Style Union.
