WALLET POLICY – STYLE UNION

The Style Union Wallet is a digital stored-value facility linked to a customer’s account, designed to enable convenient, secure, and seamless transactions across all Style Union platforms. It allows the storage of credits such as refunds, promotional benefits, or other eligible amounts, which may be used for future purchases in accordance with applicable terms and conditions.

As part of Style Union’s commitment to providing a streamlined shopping experience, the Wallet can be easily accessed through the mobile application or website by navigating to My Account > Wallet. The Wallet section provides complete visibility of the available balance, along with a detailed transaction history, including individual credits and their respective expiry dates, at all times.

WALLET TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.  How Wallet Balance is Issued:  Wallet balance is credited when you choose "Refund to Wallet" at the time of initial Wallet balance is credited when the “Refund to Wallet” option is selected at the time of initiating a return through the website or mobile application. Upon successful receipt and completion of the quality check of the returned product, the eligible refund amount shall be credited to the Wallet.

2.  Where You Can Use Your Wallet:  The Wallet balance may be redeemed at the time of checkout on the Style Union website, mobile application, or at any authorized Style Union physical store.

It is clarified that the Wallet balance cannot be utilized for payment of shipping or delivery charges. Such charges, if applicable, are required to be paid separately using the available payment methods.

3.  Partial Redemption:  The Wallet balance may be utilized either fully or partially toward the payment of an order. In cases where the Wallet balance is insufficient to cover the entire order value, the remaining amount shall be payable through any of the available payment methods, including UPI, debit card, credit card, or net banking.

4.  Validity: The Wallet balance shall remain valid for a period of 6 (six) months from the date of credit to the account. Any balance remaining unutilized upon expiry shall lapse automatically and shall not be eligible for reinstatement or extension under any circumstances.

5. Returns on Wallet-Paid Orders: In the event an order is paid fully or partially using the Wallet balance and is subsequently returned, the refund shall be processed proportionately upon successful completion of the quality check. The portion of the payment made through the Wallet shall be credited back to the Wallet, while the balance amount paid through any other payment method shall be refunded to the original mode of payment.

It is clarified that shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable and shall not be credited to the Wallet or refunded through any other payment method.

6.  Cancellations: In the event of cancellation of an order that is eligible for a refund, any amount paid using the Wallet balance shall be credited back to the Wallet. The remaining amount, if paid through any other payment method, shall be refunded to the original mode of payment within 3–5 business days.

7.  Non-Transferability: The Wallet balance is exclusively linked to the respective Style Union account and shall not be transferable to any other user or account under any circumstances.

8. No Cash Withdrawal:  The Wallet balance cannot be withdrawn in cash or transferred to any bank account, UPI handle, or other external payment instrument. The balance may be used solely for making purchases on Style Union platforms.

9.  Account Security:  The account holder is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials associated with the Style Union account. Style Union shall not be liable for any unauthorized use of the Wallet balance arising from any breach of account security.

In the event of any suspected unauthorized activity, the same must be reported to the support team immediately for appropriate action.

MODIFICATION OF TERMS:

Style Union reserves the right to modify, amend, suspend, or discontinue the Wallet program, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice. Any changes to these terms shall be updated on the website and mobile application and shall become effective upon such publication. 

In the event of suspension or discontinuation of the Wallet program, any balance remaining in the Wallet shall be refunded to the original mode of payment, subject to applicable laws and internal policies.
