Shipping Charges?

For all orders of & above Rs.1000, shipping is done free of cost. A shipping charge of Rs.99 is applicable to all orders under Rs.1001.

We thrive on customer satisfaction by ensuring hassle free order and maintenance of hygiene of the products delivered. A standard convenience fee of Rs. 99/- shall be applicable on every item returned, as an initiative towards sustainable shopping. Refund in case of returns will be initiated, when the product has been picked up by our delivery partner. The refund convenience fee will be deducted from the product amount that is being returned at the customer's end and the balance amount shall be refunded to the customer.
Please note that it takes 5-7 business days, for the amount to reflect in your account. All refunds will only be processed to the payment mode chosen by you at the time of purchase.

Order Delivery Time?

From the time the order has been placed, it takes about 3-5 days* for the delivery to most major pin codes. However, sometimes bad weather, flight delays, political disruption and other unprecedented issues can delay an order.

If you have placed an order with multiple items, please note that your items may arrive in multiple shipments. The estimated delivery times are indicative, and, on some occasions, there might be some unavoidable delays beyond our control. We will keep you informed in case of any delays.

Delayed Dispatch of Order?

We will try our best to get your products to you within the estimated delivery times. If the package has not reached you by the expected delivery date, please write to us at sharewithus@styleunion.in and we will try our best to resolve your issues.

You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from the warehouse.

Returns, Refunds, Cancellations

What is the return policy on Styleunion.in?

Most of our products are eligible for returns. The return policy for every product is clearly mentioned on the product page.

If the product is eligible for returns, you can raise the return request from the Style Union Returns Dashboard within 15 days of delivery. Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging and eligible for return, can be returned. Products which cannot be returned are Hygiene products such as undergarments, handkerchiefs, shorts & accessories. Please check the product descriptions for garments that cannot be returned.

Product Returns

Once you request to return a product, a pick up is organized for the item. Our courier partners will come to pick up the item within 3-5 business days after your return request has been received. When the products are delivered and checked at our warehouse, your refund will be initiated from our end.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of order through My Order section or by writing to us at styleunion.in or chat with us on 08902987822. Please note that this is only possible if the product has not been shipped out till then.

**Styleunion.in reserves the right to cancel any order without pre-confirming the customer at any time and may verify any order before shipping the same to the customer that may include having a verbal or written confirmation from the customer.

How will I receive the refund for my cancelled or returned product?

For prepaid orders, money will be returned to the bank account/ credit/debit card where the payment was made from.

How long does it take to receive a refund for a cancelled order or returned product?

We will process your refund within 3 business days in case of cancellation of an order. In case of returns, we will refund the money once the products have reached our warehouse and have been checked by our team.

Can I return part of my order?

Yes. You can return any products that are eligible for returns within 15 days of delivery. Please do note there are some items that are not returnable.
